Pine Bank House
13th September 2008
Geo.Mag Field:   Very Quiet
Solar X-rays:   Unknown
Moon Phase:   Waxing Gibbous 69% of full
Note:   Pine Bank House is a day centre for handicap children/adults.   The group raised a total of £225 for the evening's investigation for the centre.   The event was held by DPH.
No EMF was used throughout the evening due to too many natural power sources.

Prior to the investigation I personally felt sick in the day room - smell familiar to that of a morgue!
Various Areas - 21:20-21.50 p.m.
This time I was kitted out with a walkie-talkie and left to investigate the ground floor alone (which is a first for me I may add).   This comprised of the corridor (main entrance and to the right, temperature was 20.2-20.4 degrees and to the left it is 22.3-22.9 degrees.
Area 1 - Day Room
The far right corner where the television sitting area is - this is where prior to the investigation I felt sick in.   The temperature in here is between 20.2-20.4 degrees.   The investigation in this area made me feel quite light headed, it should also be noted that it is quite warm in this area so perhaps that could be a possibility for this feeling.   There was a lot of creaking sounds but I personally put this down to natural causes as it was in a conservatory type of area.   I tried to locate the creaking and in the play pit area there was a light above the same - but I didn't actually feel this was the cause of the same.   Nothing else to really report in here.
Area 2 - Far end of corridor on left, last room
This is apparently being used in its current state as an examination room.   The temperature in here is 20.9 degrees.   There is an automatic extractor fan.   I didn't feel anything in particular in this area apart from the floor vibrating near the sink.   This presumably is of natural origin - perhaps from the automatic fan?   There was a flashy light near the painting (glittery one) near to the door.
Area 3 - Second room near end of corridor (one up from last one)
Fan and floor vibrations again.   Temperature in here is 21.2 degrees.   No particular feelings being picked up on in here other than a slightly disorientated feeling - maybe this is due to ground level/floor, small room??   No real fluctations on EMF - pretty constant.   A bit later on in this room I was beginning to feel sick, dizzy and disorientated.   I cannot put this down to anything particular though...
Area 4 - Day Room - 21:50 p.m.
Temperature is between 20.2 and 20.6 degrees in here.   Using dowsing rods - these pointed to the room area where I felt sick when first coming into the building at the beginning of the evening.   Initially asking if anything there to cross the rods - this happened.   Apart from this nothing else happened apart from the occasional spinning of the rods in one direction or the other when not asking out.
Attic - Second Floor - 23:00-00:05 a.m.
I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it on any of the investigations done at past venues.   On entering this area the hairs on the back of my neck went on alert!   There was a very uneasy feel to this area coupled with shivers, although the room was warm!

There were a group of about 6-7 people in this area.

I had quite a few "experiences/feelings" in this room which I will proceed to relay.
My own personal experience - my feet felt like they were on fire, it felt like I had a breathing problem - it was confirmed to me on announcing these experiences that there had been a fire in that area and that a young female had asthma!

The temperature in here is registering at 20.9 degrees.

Another experienced by myself was that it felt like someone was pressing down on my left shoulder, like a hand had been placed on it and pushing down (no-one was near to me at this stage).   It should be noted that this was also experienced by another group member previously that evening.   It was quite a heavy and definite feeling, almost to the extent you were one sided.

One person in the group was linking in to the names of James and Margaret (the latter being a child).

The temperature is now registering at 21-21.7 degrees.

Another experience by myself was that of a numbness down my left arm.

All the above sensations experienced dissipated once leaving the room.

I then moved into the middle room on my own whilst the rest of the group were in the above mentioned room.   This room resembles what I can only described as being an extremely small box bedroom.

Moving into the final room on this floor, as you come up the main stairwell to the main entry door on this floor this room is located to the left.   Nothing registering on the dictaphone or EMF.   The only happenings on this floor appear to be in the first room (see above).

Reverting back to the main room, there are a lot of taps and creaks from the floor.   These sounds were attempted to be recreated by the group members to no avail.   The only sounds managed to be replicated sounded completely different to those being experienced.

A sound was heard coming from what appeared to be the "final" room which myself and one other team member attempted to locate, but investigations proved negative to identifying where it was coming from and what could have been the cause of the sound.

Questions were being asked out by a group member:

Q.   Would you like to dance Margaret (a name picked up by a group member)?

On the dictaphone a breathy type of noise was identified after this question was asked, almost like a sigh - breathe in and then out again.   It should be noted that no-one in the group made this sound at this time.

There was also a singe type of smell in the room which I noticed and others also made comment to the same.

Other members in the group are now experiencing the tingly/numb feel down the left hand side of their body.

Apparently, so I am told (at the end of the evening) a fire damaged the left side of this Margaret?!   The fire would appear to have been started but it is not sure whether this was a deliberate act or if it was accidental.   In relation to the panic feeling in terms of breathing, as aforementioned, someone (whether it was this Margaret I am unsure) did suffer from an asthma attack.

Charlie picked up on the name of Charlotte.

I think there were 2 group members who felt as though the top of their heads were being touched.

The temperature is currently registering at 21.3 degrees but then reduced to 21.0 degrees.
1st Floor - 01:10-03:10 a.m.
Charlie, Splodge, Matthew, Kirsty and myself are in a small room on the first floor.   It was decided to try glass divination.   Charlie was linking in with something called Phillip.   As a group there does appear to be movement on the glass, I am not currently participating with the glass.   It is asked that the glass be taken to where the person, who has apparently been made contact with, is in the room.   The glass proceeds to move to the far end of the table.   Questionning then proceeds as follows:

It has been established that this contact is male.

Q.   Did you live here?
A.   Yes.

The group then proceed to try and identify a name.

Q.   Can you read?

Splodge then asked Ant whether the name of Anthony had ever been picked up here.   Ant only confirmed that that was interesting but said nothing further.

The group then went on to ask for a shadow or light to be shown in the room.   Nothing at this stage but the glass does move.   There is nothing detected on the EMF at this stage.   However, it does feel like the temperature has dropped even in such a small room with the amount of people in it.   The readings are between 19.6-7 degrees, in the corner it is 20.1, 19.9, 20.3.

The group then go back to the glass and ask further questions as follows:

Q.   Was your name Jonathan?
A.   Yes.

Q.   If there is anybody around the table that you wish to talk to then please take the glass to that person?
A.   The glass does go to someone but I am unsure as to their name.

Q.   Would you like to use Maria as a communicator?
A.   Yes.

Splodge picks up on a man wearing a trilby hat, navy dark blue suit, Mr. Christie(?) type of glasses - very round and old glasses.

The temperature in the corner is reading between 20.1-2 degrees, then drops to 19.9-7 degrees.

Splodge is now picking up a different individual - army man, Lieutenant Michael, year is 1939, he has a leg missing.

The temperature around Splodge is fluctuation quite a lot and the readings were as follows:

28.2, 28.5, 23, 25, 22, 26, 23, 28, 20.7, 21, 19.8, 19, 26, 19.7, 27, 28, 19, 22, 24, 23, 19, 19.6.
