Annesley Hall
20th October 2006
Event ran from 19:00 p.m. - 01:00 a.m.
Weather:   Wet for parts of the evening
An event organised by Richard Felix and his team.

On walking up to the main event building, we went off to a side building which I think was referred to as the laundry.   Leading up to the entry there are woods to the side, there was an immediate feeling of unease in this area with the sensing of a male presence in that area. No physical person was around in this area at this time.   When entering the building and walking around, the rooms are derelict.   We stopped to listen for a short while and heard a sound likened to that of a whistle.   Both the lady I was with and I looked at each other at the same time, as we had heard the same thing.   Nothing else materialised in this building at this time or later when revisiting the building.

On entering the main building where the stalls were set up we met Richard Felix – what a true gentleman he is, nothing was a problem for him in terms of signing autographs, having photographs taken or generally taking time out to talk to people, as did his 2 sons William and Ed, which was greatly appreciated.
Oh we love these type of pictures...   What do you see?   Good example of wood striations?   Or something else?   What do you think?
On the tour around the Hall, we went into the cellar which apparently had been used in times past as a mortuary, this was quite a small area and had the beginnings of a heavy atmosphere.   I personally felt that something was in that room other than the tour and staff, but what I was unsure as to what it could actually be.   I also heard movement in this area along the side wall to the right when walking down into the cellar area.
Entering Mary Chaworth’s bedroom, it felt quite heavy in here with dizzy sensations being experienced.   Other times during the evening this room felt ok i.e. not heavy.   However, when entering this room at various other times during the evening resulted in the dizzy feeling returning.

Quite a lot of “orbs” captured on picture.
Unfortunately there was no access to the clock/tower area due to health and safety reasons and the fragile state of the building.

Overall, there were quite a few bits and pieces as mentioned in this report, but to be fair not a lot of work could be undertaken with regard to an actual vigil due to the amount of people present and walking around.   Perhaps this may be an option in the future and would be a welcomed opportunity to revisit… especially if an overnight vigil would be possible…   Paranormal Magazine were also in attendance at this event (see Issue 13 for further details).

I have since found out that Richard and his team went onto hold an overnight vigil that very night, but unfortunately this was not to be for me on this particular occasion due to other plans the following day.

Thank you to Richard, his team and security at Annesley Hall for making this event possible.

Back inside the house on the first floor level is the main room you enter before branching off to Mary Chaworth's room.   Unfortunately the name of this main room escapes me at this moment in time.   However, here are a selection of photographs taken in this area.   I didn't personally experience anything in this area.
The next few pictures are taken at the back of this room, which subsequently lead into a larger room...
